Kevin has worked directly with those struggling with substance abuse at one of the busiest safe consumption/overdose prevention sites and homeless shelters in British Columbia, Canada.
He has also developed SUD treatment facility business models and programs from the ground up - including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), Withdrawal Management (Detox), and most notably Inpatient Residential. He has direct experience developing every aspect of these businesses - such as Agile program development, lean operations management, detailed pro-forma financials, managing regulations, developing investor pitch decks, and more!
